This employee recognition program has been developed on behalf of the Orland School District 135 Board of Education by representatives of each of our employee groups.
The goal of the program is to give parents and community members the opportunity to recognize District staff members who go Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Everyday.

The program recognizes staff members who demonstrate values of our district culture:

Inspiration: Motivating others to succeed

Respect: Understanding the value each person possesses

Achievement: Attaining professional goals on behalf of the District

Communication: Coaching others for success by providing direction
All District 135 staff members are eligible to be recognized by parents and community members. Honorees will receive a copy of the entry from the community member, they will be recognized at a Board of Education meeting, and they will receive a token of appreciation from the Board.
