MEDS, PREVENTION 
ALL medications, to be given in school, require a written doctor's order and a signed consent from the parent.
Also, remind your child to cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or sleeve and to wash hands often.
DENTAL EXAMS 
The state of Illinois mandates that all kindergarten and second grade students have a dental exam by May 15th. The state will accept documentation of past dental exams, if they were performed by a licensed dentist within 18 months prior to the deadline.
WELL CHILDREN SHOULD BE IN SCHOOL 
SICK CHILDREN SHOULD BE IN BED!
It is strongly recommended that a student who has a fever (100.0 or higher), vomiting or diarrhea should be kept home for 24 hours after symptoms subside.
