Welcome to Room 6. I'm Mrs. Hevel and I am very excited to begin my fourth year teaching third grade here at Centennial. I hold a BA in Elementary Education from Michigan State University, with a major in Language Arts and a minor in Spanish. I have taught fifth grade in the state of California and a K-6 gifted program in Flossmoor, IL. My husband, Jim, is a chemist in the Chicago area and we have three sons, Elliot, Derek, and Graham. In addition to school, sports, and band, we love to hang with our dog, Millie, travel, and enjoy dinners out!
