  • "red" pen for grading (any color that is not blue or black)

Need Help?
 
Here are some things to try:
  • Ask me, that's why I'm here.
  • Ask a peer, sometimes hearing it from someone else makes sense.
  • Go to homework lab (Tuesday-Friday 7:15-8:15, Monday-Thursday 3:15-4:00 in the Media Center). I'm in homework lab Thursday morning from 7:30-8:15. 
  • Read the textbook & look at the additional examples.  (Click on the textbook image below to be redirected to the log-in page.)  The user name and passwords were given at open house and in class.

  • Fourth Quarter Ex. Cr. Assignment: Spend a million dollars & Count to 20
  • Holt, Middle School Math Course 3 textbook can be accessed through the textbook link above or the district website.  Usernames and passwords have been given to each student.
  • Calculators will not be used on a daily basis.  Students will be told when calculators are allowed.
  • Extra Credit: A 15 point extra credit assignment will be offered each quarter around midterm time.  The students will have several weeks to complete the assignment.

  • Prentice Hall Algebra I textbook.  Students can access the online version of the book through the link above or the district website.  Usernames and passwords have been given to each student.
  • TI-84 Silver Plus calculator is highly recommended for this course.  This is the calculator that is used at D230.
