Absent/Late Work
* Per school policy, students have two days for every one day absent to make up work that was assigned during the students' absence (see student handbook),
* Late work will be accepted up to ONE week past the DUE date. The work will be lowered one letter grade ('A' to 'B', etc.) for each day late.
* It is the students' responsibility to check the Absent binder, and to turn in any late or missing assignments.

Philosophy:
I have a life-long love of reading and writing that involved missing the school bus because I was so engrossed in a book, and creating plays for my friends and relatives to perform. I hope to inspire and guide my students to enjoy and excell at reading, writing, and learning.
