About Me
My name is Ms. Patti and I am your child's Social Studies teacher for 6th grade. I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, but 6th is my favorite. I enjoy teaching 6th grade because this is a year of big changes in a child's life. Read on to learn a little more about me!

Teaching Experience

This is my 4th year teaching at Jerling and my 5th year teaching. I taught 8th grade Language Arts and 7th and 8th grade Research. I also spent one year teaching 7th grade Language Arts in Hazel Crest 152.5. During the school year I coach girls softball, run the Knowledge Masters club, and assist in supervising winter intramurals. |

I earned my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Lewis University in 2003, and my Associates degree in Arts from Moraine Valley in 2001.

I graduated from Jerling Junior High in 1995. I also graduated from Sandburg high school in 1999. I continue to learn new things everyday from my teachers and students! |
