Daily math supplies needed:

 1.  A three ring binder- any size but 1" would be easiet to use (with three dividers: notes,homework,class work)

         OR

1. A two pocket folder with center clips ( front pocket for homework, clips for notes, and back pocket for class work).

2. A calculator (check for a square root button and an exponent button).

3.Pencils

4. A colred pen or pencil for grading their homework.

5, Textbook cover....no adhesives please....best choice is a brown paper bag from the grocery store.

Supplies needed during the year:

Markers, scissors, ruler, protractor, compass, graph paper ( just a few sheets), glue or glue stick,

Mon.:Labor Day - No School

Tues.:(Periods 2 & 8 only)Finish the hand-out on getting to know your textbook

          Binders or Folders should be set up by Friday

          "Who Uses Math" is due Friday- handed out last Friday

Wed.:p.662, #1-8 on the top and # 1-8 on the bottom

         p. 663,#1-6 on the top and # 1-6 on the bottom

Thurs.:p.665, # 1-6 on the top and #1-6 on the bottom

           p.666, # 1-6 on the top and #1-6 on the bottom

Fri.:None

Honors Math

Mon.: Labor Day - No School

Tues.:Binders or Folders need to be set up by Friday

          "Who Uses Math" is due Friday-assigned last Friday

         Finish first 3 pages of decimal packet

Wed.: H/O (hand-out) b-31 in packet

Thurs.:H/O Star page ( multiplying decimals)

           Possibly p. 57 in the packet

Fri.:H/O's R-39 and R-40 (dividing decimals) show work
