About Me

Since you may be new to Liberty or Orland Park, I would like to tell you a little about myself. I grew up in Cary, IL, which is right next to Crystal Lake. I graduated from Cary-Grove High School in 1997. I attended Lewis University in Romeoville with my major in Elementary Education. I was also a member of the women's volleyball team for 4 years, while being captain for my final 2 years. I was also a volleyball coach for 2 of the years I attended college. I graduated from Lewis in May 2001 and began my teaching career at Richmond Grade School in Richmond, IL. I taught 5^th grade for 3 years and moved to Frankfort in June of 2004. I completed my Masters Degree with National-Louis University in 2007 and am excited to be starting my 6th year at Liberty School.

Assignment Notebook

The students were given assignment notebooks to keep track of their homework as well as any information they need to share with you. The assignment notebooks will be checked at the end of every day to make sure all assignments are written down correctly. If a student has continuous late assignments, I will ask the parents to start signing the assignment notebook once the homework is complete. This will allow the parent and me to keep track of what needs to be done.
