• Spelling words- Sent home on Monday. Tests on Friday
  
• Practice vocabulary words with the story. Sent home Monday. Also practice the quarterly high frequency words.
  
• Reading nightly- 20 minutes
  
• Every Monday two paper take-home books will be sent home for your child to read to you. They go along with Treasures. There are activities also. These do not need to be returned. They are "at Home" practice. Thursdays, the reader "Treasures" will be sent home for your child to practice the story for the week. A parent signature form must be sent back with the reader on Friday.
  
• Anything marked Homework or any unfinished daily work should be completed and returned to school.
  
• Library books due on Monday!

Homework- Monthly

• Monthly book reports starting in November through May
• Monthly book orders- Due on date marked. CHECKS ONLY!
• Monthly reading calendars due the last day of the month signed and returned.
