The District's Technology Help Desk is open.

    Students having  technical issues  with their Orland 135 issued mobile device (MacBook Air or iPad) can contact the Help Desk at 708-364-3382. The Help Desk is staffed from 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. 

    Phone calls or e-mails sent after 3:30 will be answered the next day 
    Schooldude is our help desk ticketing system which is ready for deployment. Students and staff members can login anywhere on any device to create a help desk ticket. See attachment for more information.
