A Message From the Superintendent
-
Dear Orland 135 Community,
I welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! I am so excited to start this new year with all of you.
I know the past few years have been challenging for everyone, but I am confident we can overcome any obstacle together. We have a strong school community, and we will support each other every step of the way.
This year, we are focused on three key areas:
- Academic excellence: We want all of our students to reach their full potential. We will provide them with the rigorous instruction and support they need to succeed.
- Social-emotional learning: We know that emotionally healthy students are better learners. We will focus on teaching our students the skills to manage their emotions, build relationships, and make responsible choices.
- School safety: We are committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment for Orland 135. We will continue to work closely with our local first responders and our community partners to keep our schools safe.
I am confident that we can achieve great things this year. I am excited to work with all of you to make this a year that our students will enjoy. Thank you for your continued support of Orland 135.
Best wishes,
John Bryk,
Superintendent
