Student Registration

Enrolling your child in District 135 requires families to:

1. Complete online registration process providing necessary student documentation. (See Below)

2. Complete Proof of Residency process providing necessary residency documentation.

Student Documents Needed for Registration

  • Birth certificate

  • Last report card/Illinois transfer form (transfer students only)

  • Most recent 504/IEP (if applicable)

  • Custodial agreements, decrees, judgements (if applicable)

Kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open on February 3rd, 2025. 

Registration for all other grades will open in March, 2025.
