Hi Jayhawks! 

 

Thank you for visiting my webpage. I'm excited to be back for my third year as Principal at Jerling Junior High! Prior to being Principal at Jerling, I was the Principal at Liberty Intermediate for 7 years and, prior to that, I was an Assistant Principal in Frankfort for four years. Not only am I a proud principal, I'm a proud husband and father to a 12 year old and 3 year old! 

 

As an educator, I'm passionate about creating environments where everyone feels safe and engaged. This includes students, staff and families. One of my favorite phrases in education is "Relationships build engagement and Engagement builds relationships." Jerling understands that relationships are a cornerstone for our students feeling safe and that ultimately helps them be able to learn.
