The employees of Orland School District 135 are the most important resource in providing a quality educational program. The staff of over 725 teachers, assistants, custodians, secretaries, and others is a team whose first priority is to serve the needs of our students, families, and community. Human Resource Services is responsible for supporting the needs of these individual staff members throughout their employment in District 135.
The mission of District 135 Human Resources services is to contribute to the organization's success by maximizing the potential of staff members in helping students learn.
