Coding/STEM/Creative Writing

The grades listed refer to the student’s grade for the upcoming 2024-25 school year.  Camp participants must be registered students at a District 135 school. Payment is due at the time of registration. Orland School District 135 has a No Refund policy for their camps.

Coding/STEM Families should sign up for one week, as both weeks will have the same activities.

Coding Grades 3-8

  • Tuesday, June 11 – Thursday, June 13 OR
  • Tuesday, June 25 -Thursday, June 27    
    • Coding Camp Grades 3-5 for both weeks have reached capacity and are no longer accepting students.

9:00 am – 11:30 am 

(Families should sign up for one week, as both weeks will have the same activities.)

Thinking will be strengthened and stretched during Coding Camp through coding explorations, programming of robotic devices, & the creation of interactive activities with code.

Each day, students will engage in STEM activities that support hands-on learning & exploration!

Creative Writing Grades 1-8

  • Tuesday, June 25 - Thursday, June 27 (Grades 6-8) - 9:00 am – 11:30 am

Students will become young authors as they let their creativity shine during this writing camp!
