Afterschool Programming & Theme Units
The STARS program allows students to participate in academic and extracurricular enrichment activities and to develop new hobbies, skills and friendships. Our program also allows for easy transition from afterschool enrichment programs (music practice, art club, student council, etc.) to STARS. Please make sure to indicate on your enrollment form if your child is currently (or planning to) participate in any afterschool enrichment programs.
The following is an example of our afterschool care program schedule:

| 2:40pm - 3:00pm | Homework Time / Study /iPad Time (if no homework is assigned) |
| 3:00pm - 4:30pm | Theme Projects / Group Activities |
| 4:30pm - 6:00pm | Snack #2 / Bathroom Break / Free Play Time |

| 2:30pm - 3:00pm | Arrival / Attendance / Bathroom Break / Snack #1 |

Our Weekly Theme Units can be found on the STARS calendar. Our weekly units are designed to encourage peer participation through various projects and games planned in accordance with our theme for the week.
