Digital Citizenship and Internet Safety Night for Parents

 Flier

Orland School District 135 is hosting a digital citizenship and Internet safety night for parents on Wednesday, March 23rd at 6:30pm in The Learning Center at District Office (15100 S. 94th Ave).

The evening will include discussion about cyberbullying, privacy, self-representation, sexting, online predation and digital citizenship, lead by a specialist from the Attorney General’s Office.

Technology presents new opportunities for youth to engage socially and to express themselves, but it also creates challenges for parents and teachers who work together to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students.

Join us on March 23rd as we continue our efforts to protect and educate our children.  Please pre-register for the event by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1QnUaCf
